What you will be doing 

Supervise identified security processes, with the ability to create and control them

  • Coordination and supervision of external companies in the area of physical security in terms of contract monitoring, close cooperation with contractors in the security areas, defining clear rules of responsibility for the various security processes and communication rules, in particular those related to physical access at the production facility,
  • Introduction and supervision of security procedures, including in particular personal traffic procedures taking into account the scope of access control, material traffic procedure, vehicle control rules, instructions dedicated to technical security systems with respect to their specifics and necessary maintenance activities,
  • Administration and maintenance of technical security systems such as: ACC, CCTV, IAS, Master Key etc.
  • Cooperation with other units of the company and authorities (e.g. Police, Fire Department etc.) to the extent necessary for proper operation of security processes.
  • Participate in Safety Management System, Environmental Management System, Quality Management System and Energy Management System regarding to roles and responsibilities included in additional file

Who we are looking for 

Functional requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experiences in physical security or internal security field (corporate sector)
  • Experiences in third party management (leader role, supervisor)
  • Good understanding and knowledge of security process, GDPR and risks analysis
  • Good understanding and knowledge of technical security systems
  • Good English and Polish skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to lead/coordinate multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

  • Self-motivated, opened minded, positive attitude for change or challenges
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving ability
