What you will be doing 

SAP coordinator as a SAP key user (system administrator) is responsible for:

  1. SAP System deploy (SAP-PM and SAP-SRM)
  • Cross systems support/communication: interfaces, testing
  • Implement right equipment structure / hierarchy in SAP-PM
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy in maintenance plans, contributing to efficient workflow execution.
  • Setting the menus and adapting the software to achieve a more efficient application.
  • Testing (UAT): tests scripts, tracking, simulations
  • Communication to IT/IS for higher authorizations support, change requests, developments, configuration
  1. SAP System develop (SAP-PM and SAP-SRM)
  • UMP system maintenance: assets accounting support (with FI/CO key users), master data support, inventory (with RPL)
  • SRM system support: connections between systems, AM specific tasks. Cooperation with RPL: spare parts (procurement, materials handling)
  • The authorization assignment of the different users (profiles).
  • Managing the SAP procedures and work instructions.
  • Making proposals for changes, innovations and replacements in his area of work based on experience or findings to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • The job holder keeps himself informed of projects and offers support.
  1. Control
  • Checking proper SAP use (article management, suppliers, tree structure, preventive maintenance plan, work orders, etc.) so that a smooth flow of work orders, orders, etc. is guaranteed.
  • Checking and evaluating the installation performance.
  • Creating, maintaining and managing the KPI tree structure (= drafting and developing reports).
  • Preparing and proactively reporting cost reports and key figures (KPI tree structure) to the management of the asset management organization.
  • Analyse KPI data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
  1. Trainings
  • Supervise and ensure the correct and optimal utilization of the SAP system across the department.
  • Train staff in the use of supporting software.
  • Training new users on the basis of prepared training documents.
  • Participates in key user meetings at regular intervals.
  • Helping internal customers understand what master data is and where different Material Master, Vendor Master, Source of Supply, Purchasing Info Records and Set Configuration data components are stored in SAP
  • Taking care of the functional helpdesk.
  • Assisting users in the first line with the use of the software.
  • Instructing the users about changes to the system.
  • Maintaining contacts with the external SAP helpdesk.
  • Provide training and support to users in handling the KPI tree structure.
  • The job holder keeps himself informed of projects and offers support.
  • Participate in Safety Management System, Environmental Management System, Quality Management System and Energy Management System regarding to roles and responsibilities included in additional file.


What we expect

  • At least of 2 - 4 years of related SAP/ERP master data entry experience
  • Effective knowledge of computerised maintenance management systems (SAP PM & SAP SRM)
  • Root cause analysis
  • Reports creating and data analysis
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft office product including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Rechargeable battery materials equipment, systems and processes
  • Perform a simple cost analysis to confirm resource / materials estimates.
  • SharePoint workflow experience
  • Access or SQL Database experience
  1. Technical skills:
  • Practical knowledge of work order management (work handling in SAP-PM).
  • Specialist knowledge of the SAP-PM and SAP-SRM module.
  • Thorough knowledge of the service-specific software and / or hardware and knows the programming options.
  • Speaks and writes English fluently in order to be able to understand professional literature and manuals and to transfer them to others.
  • Knowledge of Asset Management System.

  • Can transfer knowledge and skills to others.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
