What you will be doing:

• Control SAP modules related to production planning, scheduling and execution
• Verify SAP settings to align with production requirements
• Monitor production progress and verify production execution making sure that orders confirmations are completed in a timely manner allowing adequate production reporting
• Work closely with Production Planners, Internal Logistics and Warehousing teams to effectively execute production plan requirements
• Performing necessary changes in production orders during Production Planner absences (silent hours)
• Reporting issues according to existing standard of escalation, providing necessary explanation or actions based on the instruction of B&IT Team
• Controlling process of warehouse tasks creation in line with the existing production plan, performing manual intervention when required in warehouse task creation process
• Monitoring and performing replenishment of direct and indirect production materials if required
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the SAP system
• Participate in Safety Management System, Environmental Management System, Quality Management System and Energy Management System regarding to roles and responsibilities included in additional file.

Who are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Advanced written and spoken English and Polish

•  
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Capable of working on shift system (nights and weekends)
• Very good computer literacy (knowledge and experience of using MS Office, SAP or other ERP systems on the production floor)
