What you will be doing: 

  • Team Leadership and Development  of skilled and motivated team that is safety-focused and consistently meets operational targets.
  • Supervision and Coordination of Preventive & Planned Maintenance aiming to assure Reliable equipment performance and minimized downtime through effective scheduling and execution of planned tasks.
  • Team Leadership and Development  of skilled and motivated team that is safety-focused and consistently meets operational targets.
  • Support for Corrective Maintenance and Troubleshooting focusing on rapid resolution of maintenance issues, reducing the impact on plant production.
  • Planning, Documentation, and Scheduling Coordination assuring streamlined maintenance planning and scheduling processes that enable data-driven decision-making and efficient use of resources.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Continuous Improvement in maintenance practices and enhanced integration of maintenance needs throughout the organization.

 

 

Who are we looking for: 

We are looking for a colleague who has:

  • Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Additional certifications in maintenance management, safety, or leadership (e.g., TPM, Lean) are a plus.
  • Solid technical background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance, ideally in a manufacturing or process industry environment.
  • Hands-on experience with preventive and planned maintenance practices, ideally supported by a CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
  • Understanding of maintenance workflows, equipment reliability principles, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with industrial safety standards, risk assessment, and maintenance-related compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting equipment commissioning or working in a greenfield/start-up environment is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish languages
  • Competence with maintenance software tools (SAP PM) and standard MS Office applications
