What you will be doing
- Responsibility for organizing work for a planning team in a daily base, in accordance with company's rules and existing procedures. Developing production planning staff, increasing their competences and skills as well as assessing their performance and completeness of the given tasks.
- Accountability for preparation and releasing short and mid-term production plans in accordance with approved sales forecasts.
- Accountability for preparation of a materials requirements plans for the RBMP plant in accordance with existing procedures. Taking care of collection and analysis all necessary aspects for eliminating biases and forecasting errors. Taking the ownership for development of the planning requirements process.
- Responsibility for building up and maintaining good communication flow across all operational departments in terms of publishing production plans, required materials, planned downtimes etc. Actively developing communication methods with necessary stakeholders to provide a clear and direct input when necessary.
- Responsibility for setting up all necessary procedures and instructions to meet both legal and internal requirements in the planning area. Participation in projects supporting production planning activities, developing production planning tools and working on discovered gaps.
- Assuring all finished goods stock levels are meeting agreements. Providing necessary reporting in a regular base as well as on request to all relevant stakeholders in the RBMP plant.
- Supervision over the Environmental Management System and the Quality Management System and their effectiveness, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and their continuous improvement
Participate in Safety Management System, Environmental Management System, Quality Management System and Energy Management System regarding to roles and responsibilities included in additional file.
Who we are looking for
- Master in Engineering or Supply Chain management
- 3 years of experiences on relevant position (Master planning experience desirable)
- Experiences in ERP system (SAP is preferred) and high level of MS office skills
- Very good English and Polish skills - written and verbal
- Capable to work with several priorities under time pressure
- Interpersonal skills in order to promote cross-department cooperation and get things done
- Good understanding and experience of product and manufacturing processes
