Can you describe your role at Umicore?

I work in the production department at Umicore in Nysa. I am the youngest shift leader of the Radzikowice plant. 

What do you enjoy about your job?

My team and I have to make sure that all processes run smoothly. This acquires a lot of energy and brings daily challenges, but, I like that because I get to learn every day and that motivates me to keep going.

What do you enjoy about working for Umicore?

Umicore offers a lot of different training packages that allow me to continuously improve my skills. 

Why did you want to join Umicore?

Umicore is a new company in the Nysa region. I have been watching this project from the very beginning and I knew that I had to try joining this team. My past experience in the automotive industry also contributed to my decision to become a part of Umicore.

What are you looking forward to when you leave for work in the morning?

I look forward to our good work atmosphere and I expect that every day will be better than the previous one.

What has been your highlight so far in your role at Umicore?

I have really enjoyed the atmosphere at Umicore in Nysa, the continuous development opportunities and the good cooperation between all departments.
