Information clause

In the contact form, we ask you to provide your personal data in order to be able to answer or execute the request.

When fulfilling our obligation referred to in art. 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation ) - hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, we hereby inform you that:

  1. The Personal Data Administrator, depending on the plant to which the inquiry was addressed via the contact form, will be:
    a) Plant in Nowa Ruda - Umicore Autocat Poland Sp. z o.o., ul. Słupiecka, 31 57-402 Nowa Ruda, Poland;
    b) Plant in Nysa - Umicore Poland Sp. z o.o. ul. Radzikowice 1c, 48-300 Nysa, Poland;
  2. You can contact the Personal Data Administrator by sending an inquiry to the above address or via the contact form on the website www.umicore.pl 
  3. Your personal data will be processed only in order to answer the question or to fulfill the request - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the GDPR, and to demonstrate that the request has been answered or fulfilled - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR,
  4. Your Personal Data will not be transferred to a third country within the meaning of the GDPR, or to an international organization.
  5. Your Personal Data will be processed for the time necessary to answer or execute requests, and if providing or not providing a response may give rise to liability on the part of the Personal Data Administrator - until the claims are time-barred.
  6. You have the right to request the Personal Data Administrator to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing. You have the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data. We will endeavor to respond to all requests promptly, no later than within 30 days.
  7. In connection with our activities, you have the option to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  8. You are not required to provide your personal data indicated in the form. However, if they are not provided, we will not be able to answer your question or process your request.
  9. Your Personal Data will not be subject to the automated decision-making procedure, including profiling referred to in Art. 22 sec. 1 and 4 GDPR.
