What you will be doing 

• Monitor process and product quality to ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations
• Implement and verify corrective and preventive actions
• Implement customer requirements
• Support the analysis of Cost Of Poor Quality (COPQ).
• Manage changes, specifications, and product nonconformities
• Analyze performance and statistical indicators to drive continuous improvement
• Participate in customer audits and follow up corrective actions
• Contribute to internal projects, update documentation
• Support the Quality Management System development
• Conduct and monitor internal audits 

Who we are looking for 

• Higher education (preferably technical or chemical).
• Min. 2-3 years of professional experience in the Quality Department (preferred in automotive industry).
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 and IATF requirements is welcome
• Very good English and Polish language (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Driving license. B.
