What you will be doing 

As Site P&O Coach, you will act as a key enabler of local HR strategy, employee engagement, and operational excellence-ensuring alignment with corporate policies while tailoring solutions to site-specific needs. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong advisory capabilities, stakeholder management, and a proactive mindset. You will also support the Site P&O Lead in driving and executing a broad range of People & Organization (P&O) activities across the site. 

Specifically, you will: 

• Support the Site P&O Lead in implementing local P&O initiatives and translating business priorities into actionable HR policies and programs 

• Co-develop and adapt site-level P&O strategies in collaboration with other stakeholders 

• Assist in workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and learning & development activities at the site level 

• Prepare compensation and benefits packages for both blue- and white-collar employees in coordination with the Site P&O Lead 

• Act as a first point of contact for employee concerns, queries, and HR-related issues ensuring timely resolution and compliance 

• Support change management efforts and help managers engage their teams effectively during transitions 

• Collaborate with CoEs and P&O Operations to ensure smooth delivery of HR services and programs 

• Gather and share business needs to help shape the overall P&O project agenda and ensure site-level alignment

• Change management orientation and resilience in fast-paced environments 

• Approachable, empathetic, and team-oriented personality
